Location: This role can be fully remote for candidates based on the US East Coast (Eastern or Central time zone), or hybrid for those in the NYC area. Our midtown Manhattan office operates on a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs targeting ICP accounts and personas.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, digital ads, webinars, outbound support).
  • Deliver content and messaging that resonates with ICP personas (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs).
  • Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion and own lead scoring and attribution models.
  • Develop strategies to improve visibility in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) as well as SEO/SEM.
  • Drive Go-To-Market campaigns for new product launches across product, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, marketing to a technical audience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of designing and owning campaigns end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot CRM) and attribution reporting.
  • Experience building MQL → SQL conversion processes and aligning with BDR teams.
  • Familiarity with AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and ability to work with AI day-to-day.
