What you will do
- Design and execute a holistic, data-backed lifecycle marketing strategy for customer acquisition, conversion, nurturing, and win-back across all products and geographies.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns including email, in-app, push, SMS, and referral marketing mapped to customer journey stages.
- Define and own content-driven nurture and re-engagement strategies to drive activation, retention, and partner success.
- Establish a culture of rigorous A/B/MVT testing using AI tools and propensity modeling to optimize performance and CLV.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Sales teams to embed personalized marketing into the product experience.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing lifecycle and growth marketing team.
Requirements
- Location: Boston, MA or Remote within the United States
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with 5+ years in senior lifecycle or growth leadership roles in large-scale SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing platforms and AI/ML tool integration.
- Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advanced CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
