What you will do
- Develop and manage advanced paid media strategies across platforms like Google PPC, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising
- Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and email campaigns using Hubspot
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with design, content teams, and third-party vendors to execute campaigns
- Develop reporting dashboards and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights
- Implement continuous optimization strategies based on data and best practices
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in paid media and marketing automation
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing vendor relationships
Nice to have
- Certifications in Hubspot marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising
- Experience working in an agile marketing framework
