Marketing Operations Manager: Ensuring Hubspot, Salesforce, and other GTM applications enable Marketing and BDR teams by maintaining, optimizing, and creating scalable processes. Focus on lead generation optimization, data integrity, and building dashboards for strategic decision-making.

What you will do

  • Own and manage Marketing-related Go-To-Market (GTM) tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Salesloft, LeadIQ).
  • Optimize the lead generation funnel and build workflows in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
  • Improve data optimization for business scaling, including segmentation, list management, and attribution.
  • Maintain a clean data foundation for management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support Marketing in creating dashboards and metrics to inform optimization.
  • Assist in documenting new tools, workflows, and processes for the Marketing department.
  • Evaluate new technologies to optimize marketing team performance.
  • Troubleshoot and streamline workflow and technical issues for the GTM team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Hubspot, marketing automation, email marketing, and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience as a power user/admin of Salesforce.com and proficiency in integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel, and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes.
  • Understanding of databases and information system management to ensure clean tech stack integrations.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits.
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience developing & maintaining attribution models.
  • SQL knowledge for database queries.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, LeadIQ, or Looker.
