What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new implementation partners including provisioning environments and kickoff meetings.
  • Lead technical enablement and training to ensure partners are fully capable of delivering Risk Cloud solutions.
  • Act as primary technical reviewer for partner projects ensuring quality and compliance with internal standards.
  • Manage project governance through regular update calls and escalation handling.
  • Oversee capacity planning and financial/legal aspects of partner engagements.
  • Support strategic growth by collaborating on partner ecosystem expansion and program development.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-5+ years experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Success within SaaS or GRC environments.
  • Deep understanding of GRC platforms and technical configurations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the EMEA time zone aligned with US leadership.
  • Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work remotely within the UK.
