What you will do

• Lead elicitation and documentation of complex business requirements for registry and data system solutions.
• Produce detailed project lifecycle documentation including business cases and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Support Agile project delivery and manage risks, change orders, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead integration and user acceptance testing for registry solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience, ideally in registry, data systems, fintech, or environmental commodities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
