What you will do

• Manage email deliverability to ensure emails reach inboxes, avoiding spam folders.
• Monitor and optimize email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates.
• Stay updated on email compliance regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and authentication standards.
• Analyze data to identify deliverability issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve them.
• Implement best practices for email authentication and security.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to suggest features enhancing personalized email campaigns.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in email deliverability and inbox placement.
• Experience in marketing automation and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
• Tech-savviness to solve complex global email scalability challenges.
• Self-organization and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
