What you will do

• Lead AI marketing initiatives as product owner, prioritizing use cases with clear ROI and scaling AI workflows globally.
• Apply AI to demand generation, lead scoring, routing, personalization, and conversion optimization within HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Develop AI-assisted content and localization workflows to improve SEO and campaign velocity.
• Embed AI into marketing operations, automating workflows and improving productivity.
• Design AI integrations with marketing platforms and ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
• Define KPIs and report AI impact to executive leadership, building playbooks and training for AI adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Bellevue/Seattle, USA for hybrid work (3 days per week onsite)
• 8–12+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, marketing operations, or growth.
• Strong technical fluency with AI concepts, prompt engineering, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives with ROI-driven decision making.
