What you will do

• Develop understanding of hirify.global moderation rules and guidelines.
• Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community to build a strong partnership pipeline.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Manage programs from concept through completion, tracking goals and outcomes.
• Support translation and localization to ensure cultural relevance.
• Follow and improve team processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in Germany.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.
• Good standing with hirify.global moderation history.
• Passion for supporting and growing a global developer ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Early career or recent graduate preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning.
