What you will do

• Own the end-to-end business P&L and drive growth of the AI business line.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies leveraging client feedback and market research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Talent Operations.
• Build and scale AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Establish analytics and feedback loops to refine strategy and product offerings.
• Represent the hirify.global brand and align business goals with executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (communication in English required).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of business management experience with 3+ years P&L ownership.
• Experience in professional services, technology, or hyper-growth companies preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial experience building and launching new business or products.
