What you will do

• Build client relationships and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor in SAP and business best practices.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes, designing future-state processes with SAP best practices.
• Identify and guide clients through solution options and ensure SAP configuration alignment.
• Lead activities in all phases of the SAP Activate Methodology and collaborate with project managers.
• Mentor junior consultants and support presales activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP SD project implementation experience, with strong variant configuration skills.
• 2+ years of leadership experience on SAP SD projects or production support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant focused on SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and modules (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
• Professional communication skills (oral and written) and ability to confidently present to clients.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participation).
