What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, phone, and email using tools like Zendesk, Zoom, and Jira.
- Document and report bugs, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams.
- Advocate for customer needs and contribute feedback to improve the platform and services.
- Work weekend shifts as scheduled (Wednesday - Sunday or Saturday - Wednesday).
- Continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia and able to work weekends.
- 1+ years experience in technical support for SaaS or technical services.
- Proficiency or familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DNS, or hirify.global platform.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and Confluence.
- Interest in emerging technologies like AI.
