Location: Remote from Czechia or Slovakia (optional office space in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague)
Salary: from €1,800 gross per month (for Slovakia)

What you will do
- Provide technical consulting to users via live chat regarding the Engagement platform.
- Assist clients with integrations involving Shopify, Google BQ, and push notifications.
- Guide users in creating reports, segmentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases to specialized experts.
- Work in rotations covering US business hours (day/night shifts) or EMEA hours.
- Collaborate with the Product team to share user feedback and influence platform improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Czechia or Slovakia.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- English language: Advanced or native level required.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, support, or marketing.
Nice to have
- Understanding of frontend/backend interaction and network requests.
- Basic programming knowledge (algorithms, conditions, cycles).
- Over 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
