What you will do

• Provide technical consulting to users via live chat regarding the hirify.global Engagement platform.
• Assist clients with integrations involving Shopify, Google BQ, and push notifications.
• Guide users in creating reports, segmentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases to specialized experts.
• Work in rotations covering US business hours (day/night shifts) or EMEA hours.
• Collaborate with the Product team to share user feedback and influence platform improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Czechia or Slovakia.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• English language: Advanced or native level required.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, support, or marketing.

Nice to have

• Understanding of frontend/backend interaction and network requests.
• Basic programming knowledge (algorithms, conditions, cycles).
• Over 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
