TL;DR

Account Executive (hirify.global SPM): Managing the full-lifecycle sales process for location intelligence software, prospecting new customers via various channels and driving leads through the sales pipeline. Focus on engaging Director, VP, and C-Level prospects through product demonstrations, managing accounts within hirify.global.com, and establishing long-term relationships to maximize future revenue opportunities.

Location: Hybrid, requiring presence in territory 1-2 times per month for up to 4-5 days at a time, within the following territories: Illinois - Chicago, Texas - Austin, Massachusetts - Boston, Georgia - Atlanta, New York - New York, Texas - Dallas.

What you will do

  • Manage a full-lifecycle sales process, prospecting customers via phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, hirify.global relationships, and partners.
  • Identify appropriate business contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations with Director, VP, and C-Level prospects.
  • Manage accounts and contacts within hirify.global.com through the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests, and establish and maintain long-term relationships to enhance future revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-based sales experience, enterprise experience is preferred.
  • B2B experience in the Software / SaaS environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with hirify.global.com.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
