What you will do

• Identify and approach prospects to generate leads and create new business opportunities, focusing on closing significant deals.
• Ensure seamless handover of clients to account leads for ongoing management and growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within target markets, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Represent Zühlke at events, conferences, associations, and online platforms to enhance market presence.
• Stay attuned to industry trends and challenges, driving impactful campaigns and aligning offerings with business strategy.

Requirements

• Active network within the insurance sector, particularly with decision-makers across the value chain.
• Deep understanding of the insurance industry's needs, challenges, digital transformation trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive experience in consultative selling of ICT services with a proven track record of winning complex sales.
• Keen interest in technology and implementation-related issues in the insurance industry.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
