TL;DR

Regional Director, Commercial Sales (DACH): Managing a team of sales executives focusing on Private and Public sector accounts with an accent on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the DACH region.

Location: Munich, Germany. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of account executives within a defined geographical territory (DACH) across Private & Public Sector accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise account executives.
  • 4+ years' sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Legal right to work in Germany required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
