What you will do

• Build internal tools using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor to solve HR problems.
• Integrate systems like PeopleForce, BlueDot, and Deel using n8n for seamless data flow.
• Develop HR dashboards in Superset (or similar) to visualize hiring, onboarding, and team metrics.
• Collaborate directly with the HR team to gather requirements and rapidly deliver functional tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in fast-moving SaaS startups, building prototypes with LLM coding assistants.
• Proficiency in n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks with debugging capabilities.
• Hands-on BI experience, preferably with Superset, including dashboard and analysis creation.
• Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL or ClickHouse), including joins and window functions.
• English: B2 or higher for effective cross-company communication.
