Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA). In-office attendance required Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base salary + Equity

What you will do

• Lead strategic integrations end-to-end, serving as the technical lead from discovery through launch.
• Design practical, scalable integration approaches and drive execution across internal and external teams.
• Translate business goals into concrete technical plans and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and constraints.
• Develop demos, proofs-of-concept, and reference implementations to unlock new partnership opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with partner engineering and product leaders, representing hirify.global technically.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of software engineering, dev relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Comfortable being the voice of strategic partners to internal teams.
• Experience with common integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer tools.

Nice to have

• Business/customer-facing roles with a rich technical background.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrations.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
