What you will do

• Implement core services for the platform using .NET 8+ in Docker containers.
• Develop features across the full stack, from database to APIs.
• Ensure platform scalability and codebase maintainability.
• Proactively monitor production services and identify potential issues.
• Maintain code quality with unit and e2e tests.
• Contribute to an agile team where your voice influences company-wide impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in .NET backend development, including Kafka (or equivalents), AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Amazon CodeWhisperer).
• Experience with microservices-based architecture and asynchronous message-based communication.
• English: C1 (fluent communication required).

Nice to have

• Experience applying Kafka for real-time processing.
• Leveraging AWS/Docker for DevOps workflows.
• Performing PostgreSQL optimizations.
• Knowledge of German or other languages.
