What you will do

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap to scale hirify.global’s technology stack.
• Design and build highly scalable and low latency distributed systems for large scale real-time data.
• Drive best-in-class engineering practices through the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure operational excellence for critical services requiring high uptime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and lead the execution of technical plans.
• Stay current with technologies and thoughtfully apply them to hirify.global’s tech stacks.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD from tier 1/2 Engineering institutes with relevant work experience with a top technology company.
• 5+ years of Backend and Infrastructure Experience with strong track record in development, architecture and design.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale databases, high-scale messaging systems, and real-time job queues.
• Experience navigating and understanding large-scale systems and complex codebases, and architectural patterns.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to other engineers.
• Proficiency with Python, Flask, FastAPI, Django, Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP.

• Experience with AI Infrastructure and Operations.
