Focus on influencing investment decisions and applying a consultative, value-based selling approach to align hirify.global’s solutions with client business objectives.

Location: Ideal candidate must be based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, United States.

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 USD (OTE compensation range)

What you will do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned agency holding companies and select independent agencies.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through new business and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Apply a consultative, value-based selling approach by aligning hirify.global’s solutions to client business objectives.
  • Assess and pursue opportunities through RFPs, proactive pitches, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, grow, and manage agency partnerships at multiple levels.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with experience selling cross-format or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented sales role.
  • Spanish-speaking or bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.
