TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York City

Salary: $160,000 – $240,000 a year (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with management to achieve new logo sales targets.
  • Hunt target accounts with BDRs and pitch hirify.global's product through initial calls.
  • Convert initial calls into second meetings at a high success rate.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders (User, Technical, Economic, CX Buyers) throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Close deals with new clients to expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in high-growth companies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Fluent in English at a native speaker level.
