- Set and obsess over client performance goals, analyze performance, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Manage lifecycle of a high-intensity customer portfolio and seek ways to improve effectiveness.
- Focus on growth and retention metrics.
- Travel up to 20% annually.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executive experience.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to lead onsite customer meetings.
- Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
- Ability to think at scale balancing customer experience outcomes.
- Ability to plan and deliver strong business reviews with favorable results.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah, United States.
