What you will do

  • Help business owners implement process changes to integrate hirify.global seamlessly.
  • Set and obsess over client performance goals, analyze performance, and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Manage lifecycle of a high-intensity customer portfolio and seek ways to improve effectiveness.
  • Focus on growth and retention metrics.
  • Travel up to 20% annually.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executive experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to lead onsite customer meetings.
  • Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
  • Ability to think at scale balancing customer experience outcomes.
  • Ability to plan and deliver strong business reviews with favorable results.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah, United States.
