TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Lower Eashing, United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to create and maintain enablement content, including sales playbooks, battle cards, and pitch decks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Sales and BDR/SDR onboarding programmes, ensuring quick new hire ramp-up and measuring effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of scalable sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) aligned with pipeline stages and revenue goals.
  • Drive adoption and best practices for enablement technologies and tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and LMS.
  • Measure enablement impact, identify skill gaps, and report on productivity metrics in collaboration with sales leadership and RevOps.
  • Act as an internal consultant and advisor to commercial stakeholders, providing coaching and facilitating workshops.
  • Work with Product Enablement to translate product updates and technical content into clear, usable resources for commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement or a closely related L&D role within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build positive working relationships across commercial teams.
  • Confidence in facilitating training sessions, onboarding modules, and tool walk-throughs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build clear, engaging enablement materials, such as slide decks, guides, and playbooks.
  • Comfortable working with subject-matter experts to create digestible, practical content.
  • Highly organised, with experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Technically confident, with familiarity using sales tools and modern SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM systems, content hubs, LMS tools).

  • Interest in or experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, workflow efficiency, or sales training.
  • Curious, open-minded thinking with an interest in new L&D and enablement tools and methodologies.
