TL;DR

Account Manager (HRTech): Expanding hirify.global's presence within client organizations by strategically positioning product value and managing a regional portfolio of SMB customers, with an accent on driving adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring measurable value from the platform. Focus on building strong relationships, leveraging data for decisions, and managing a high-volume book efficiently.

Location: Candidates must be located in the London Area and willing to work in the London office at least 2 days a week.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers and act as a trusted commercial partner.
  • Identify customer challenges, align hirify.global solutions, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and manage upsell opportunities and recommend additional modules.
  • Maintain a structured sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers to support retention and renewal cycles.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS New Business, Account Management, or Customer Growth, ideally within the SMB segment.
  • Experience managing a customer portfolio and driving commercial outcomes autonomously.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving upsell or New Business targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and modern sales tools (Gong Engage, Sales Navigator).
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline and the ability to manage volume effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with value-based or consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC).
  • Experience in HR tech.
