What you will do

  • Own and aggressively grow a targeted list of insurance prospects to increase market share for hirify.global CXone and related products.
  • Build and maintain a strong outbound and partner-led sales pipeline through research, prospecting, and collaboration.
  • Lead complex, multi-stage sales cycles involving customer experience, contact centre operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Present tailored solutions and articulate measurable business outcomes to customers.
  • Engage in strategic business and ROI discussions to demonstrate value and impact.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and product knowledge through continuous training.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work remotely within the UK
  • Proven success as an Account Executive selling enterprise software with $1M+ ARR quota attainment.
  • Deep understanding of the CCaaS market and experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to position digital and AI solutions effectively.
  • Experience selling to the insurance vertical with existing relationships preferred.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • 5-8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or CCaaS sales experience.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global CXone, Enlighten AI, WFM/WEM, or analytics solutions.
