TL;DR

Renewal Manager (SaaS): Leading a team managing contract renewals and retention for a B2B SaaS HR platform with an accent on customer retention, renewal strategy, and team leadership. Focus on building and executing renewal and uplift plans, negotiating contracts, and driving KPIs for retention and growth.

Location: Must be based in the London area and willing to work in the London office 2-3 days a week or travel to London 2 days a week

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Renewal Managers overseeing contract renewals and performance goals
  • Develop and execute quarterly renewal and uplift plans targeting retention and growth KPIs
  • Build and implement segment-specific renewal strategies including automated and manual processes
  • Manage contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth renewals
  • Use CRM tools to track performance, forecast, and report on renewal metrics
  • Assess customer health and share feedback to improve products and support

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near London and able to work onsite or travel regularly
  • Proven team management experience in B2B SaaS renewal or account management roles
  • Strong knowledge of customer success principles and renewal/retention KPIs
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and contract management tools
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and executive communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously
