TL;DR

Account Director (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth by managing strategic enterprise accounts and generating new business with an accent on full sales cycle ownership and building trusted relationships. Focus on identifying net-new logo opportunities, upsell/cross-sell, and navigating complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks.

Location: Remote, based in Taiwan

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive audiences.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12 months) and apply value-based selling frameworks.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and competitive dynamics, providing market feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales roles, focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving territory growth.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing 7-figure, multi-year contracts with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Proficiency in discovery, objection handling, and closing.
  • Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and value-based consultative sales approaches.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and adapting communication.
  • Highly organized and operationally disciplined; fluent in tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong.
