What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure value from implemented solutions.
- Achieve new sales growth quota within assigned customer base quarterly.
- Act as a customer advocate, building relationships and creating new champions.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and present additional solutions from the hirify.global portfolio.
- Devise and execute account strategies for customer success and account growth.
- Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales account management.
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
- Light experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota and/or metric carrying role.
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, client visits and presentations, and internal meetings.
- High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
Nice to have
- Cyber Security industry experience.
- Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
- Advanced experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
