What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major security programs crossing multiple teams and collectives.
  • Define program roadmaps, set priorities, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, and sequencing of delivery.
  • Produce periodic reporting for stakeholders including regulators and committees.
  • Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and ensure operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate to the UK (visa sponsorship available)
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex technology programs, especially in security.
  • Experience or exposure to security engineering, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a global business with multiple markets.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
