What you will do

• Support day-to-day execution of hirify.global Academy and Forum programming aligned with global and regional policy goals.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, workshops, and discussions across EMEA, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Manage timelines, guest communications, vendors, travel, and follow-ups for regional activations.
• Help brainstorm session topics, regional speakers, and narrative formats tailored to EMEA audiences.
• Support development of clear, accessible written materials, adapting them for multilingual contexts.
• Support outreach to educators, nonprofits, industry groups, and public-sector stakeholders across EMEA regions.

Requirements

• Experience leading or coordinating high-impact programs with multiple stakeholders, across different countries or regions.
• Background in program or project management, ideally in content, education, policy, or public engagement.
• Strong creative instincts for generating ideas for sessions, speakers, and content formats.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., clipping conversations into short segments).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage cross-border logistics.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely with international audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with instructional design, public affairs, or community-building.
• Experience organizing events or workshops.
• Comfort with tools like Notion, Descript, Final Cut, or Figma.
