What you will do
- Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects, AI/ML engineers, and customer stakeholders.
- Create and monitor project plans, ensuring alignment with AI/ML development timelines and budgets.
- Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards, including AI/ML performance metrics.
- Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and AI/ML research teams.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) execution, business, and innovation, including AI/ML adoption.
Requirements
- Background in electrical engineering, hardware, software development, or data science.
- Strong Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects including hardware, software, and AI/ML components.
- Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies.
- Ability to quickly recognize and articulate barriers and critical paths to success across teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in risk and issue management, including AI/ML-specific risks.
Nice to have
- Understanding or experience with Agile Project Management processes.
- Knowledge of cryptography, security, secure protocols, and AI-driven anomaly detection.
- Experience with MS Project and/or Sciforma or other Product and Portfolio Management tools.
- PMI/PMP certification.
