What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end program planning, timelines, milestones, and risk management for AI/ML projects.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to resolve gaps and drive progress.
• Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure program impact.
• Communicate program status and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Work closely with infrastructure, data engineering, pre-training, post-training, and product feedback teams.
• Advance AI frontier responsibly while embodying Microsoft’s culture and values.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, United Kingdom.
• STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with AI researchers, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
• Strong technical curiosity and judgment with ability to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive programs.
• Proactive attitude and ability to navigate complexity in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
