Program Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Drive requirements and specifications in cooperation with architects, AI/ML engineers, and customer stakeholders.
• Create and monitor project plans, ensuring alignment with AI/ML development timelines and business requirements.
• Monitor and control project budgets, considering AI/ML resource allocation.
• Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards, including AI/ML performance metrics.
• Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and AI/ML research teams.
• Drive business and innovation, including AI/ML adoption.

Requirements

• Background in electrical engineering, hardware, software development, or data science.
• Strong Program Management skills and experience managing complex technical projects (hardware, software, AI/ML).
• Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies.
• Subject matter background in SoC design, SW development, AI/ML security, product/test development, or applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team integration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk and issue management, including AI/ML-specific risks.

Nice to have

• Understanding or experience with Agile Project Management processes.
• Knowledge of cryptography, security, secure protocols, and AI-driven anomaly detection.
• MS Project and/or Sciforma or other Product and Portfolio Management tool experience.
• PMI/PMP certification.
