hirify.global is a fast-growing startup specializing in Generative AI and SaaS platforms for Conversational AI in customer service, with offices in Berlin, Munich, and New York.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture a supportive SRE and developer experience team.
  • Establish and promote SRE practices including SLI/SLOs, error budgets, and postmortems.
  • Create observability strategies using Datadog and ELK stack.
  • Support incident response and automation with GitHub Actions and Terraform to improve MTTR.
  • Integrate reliability into CI/CD pipelines and foster Kubernetes infrastructure best practices.
  • Guide teams on Azure cloud usage and prepare for multi-cloud architectures.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with presence in Berlin office
  • Experience supporting SRE, DevOps, or platform teams focused on reliability and collaboration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SRE principles and observability tools (Datadog, ELK).
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and Azure cloud.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and incident management.
  • Commitment to building inclusive teams and supporting developer wellbeing.
