What you will do

• Lead and manage iOS and Android engineering disciplines, supporting career development, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Ensure technical direction, platform standards, and engineering excellence across mobile teams.
• Drive technical strategy, architectural evolution, and core improvements in collaboration with staff engineers.
• Own release pipelines and collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality feature releases.
• Define and monitor platform technical and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or remote within Europe.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams.
• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling mobile applications.
• Strong people management and communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Experience with secure applications and end-to-end encryption is a plus.
