What you will do

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 5-10 members including backend, frontend, mobile, and QA engineers.
• Drive product development and delivery for a mobile-first financial platform targeting SMEs across Europe.
• Collaborate with product teams to build features that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses.
• Ensure technical excellence and foster an innovative environment for swift implementation of ideas.
• Support integration of AI-enabled accounting and other advanced fintech features.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Europe including specified countries
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher
• Proven experience in engineering management or team leadership roles.
• Strong background in product development and cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience with fintech or SaaS products is a plus.
