TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States, based in the Bay Area

Salary: $300,000–$330,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Manage the entire sales process including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Understand and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products.
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline and customer data using Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and daily customer requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, preferably the Bay Area.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in high-velocity technology companies and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both virtually and in person.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
