What you will do

  • Manage and guide a team of account managers to execute sales strategies and increase revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Develop data-driven territory and multi-year customer plans aligned with market opportunities and customer priorities.
  • Drive customer engagement strategies to build trust, loyalty, and long-term strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to showcase hirify.global’s value proposition and support sales execution.
  • Lead sales process improvements to ensure scalability, profitability, and responsiveness.
  • Hire, develop, and coach a diverse sales team to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States.
  • 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2+ years experience selling software licenses or usage-based products to large enterprises or multinationals.
  • 1+ years experience managing people in deal-closing roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business needs.
  • Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship building.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling enterprise software in healthcare verticals.
  • Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, and AI products or tools.
