What you will do

• Lead the Talent Operations & Analytics team, providing operational backbone and analytical insights.
• Partner with the VP of Talent and Talent Team Leadership.
• Define data and insights to run the recruiting engine efficiently.
• Evolve talent management products effectively.
• Manage operations and analytics for "Attraction & Selection" (Recruiting) and "Talent Management" (Products) functions.
• Drive the strategic vision for the Integrated Talent model.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX, or eligible for remote work from New York.
• Strong understanding of running a world-class recruiting machine.
• Ability to demonstrate how talent management products drive business results.
• Proven leadership experience in Talent Operations & Analytics.
