What you will do

  • Own and drive the full outbound sales cycle targeting mid-market US companies leveraging hirify.global tools
  • Customize outreach with high relevance to vertical and persona
  • Provide A+ buying experience through consultative selling
  • Negotiate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and drive urgency
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Sales and founders to improve messaging, positioning, and processes

Requirements

  • Must be US-based or have significant experience selling into the US market
  • 4–8 years of SaaS sales experience in closing roles
  • Strong track record in outbound selling and hunting new business
  • Proven ability to close deals in the $20K–$100K+ range
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded corporate deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in fast-moving environments
