What you will do
- Own and drive the full outbound sales cycle targeting mid-market US companies leveraging hirify.global tools
- Customize outreach with high relevance to vertical and persona
- Provide A+ buying experience through consultative selling
- Negotiate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and drive urgency
- Collaborate closely with Head of Sales and founders to improve messaging, positioning, and processes
Requirements
- Must be US-based or have significant experience selling into the US market
- 4–8 years of SaaS sales experience in closing roles
- Strong track record in outbound selling and hunting new business
- Proven ability to close deals in the $20K–$100K+ range
- Experience navigating multi-threaded corporate deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in fast-moving environments
