Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR

Salary: $124,980–$147,000 USD (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a world-class sales team on time and on budget.
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation leveraging all available resources.
  • Develop an overall account strategy for the region resulting in strong execution and collaborative team selling.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver outstanding product demonstrations.
  • Build strong partnerships with existing customers and channel partners focusing on value realization and retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • Minimum 3+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos.
  • Strong hunter mentality and successful experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences.
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $50K+ as well as higher value transactions above $100K+.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, etc.).
