What you will do
- Drive new client acquisition and build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts across EMEA.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements, maintaining pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales Development Representatives to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and conduct product demonstrations online and in-person.
- Travel regularly within assigned territory for client meetings and sales events.
- Support new clients during initial launch phase to maximize revenue and ensure success.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years SaaS sales experience including 3-5+ years enterprise-level sales.
- Experience selling across EMEA with understanding of regional business practices and time zones.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
- Technical understanding of SaaS software and ability to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Location: Hybrid schedule requested if within commutable distance to Maidenhead office; remote work considered otherwise.
