What you will do

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates for GTM Sales roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, leveraging tools like ATS (GreenHouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Become an expert at telling hirify.global’s story to attract passive candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify talent pools and inform the TA Team.
• Optimize ATS (Greenhouse) for tracking and reporting on candidates and sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Sourcer, specifically supporting the sales recruiting function in the Software Industry.
• Solid understanding of recruiting Software Sales professionals.
• Ability to support multiple recruiters in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Be organized and effectively manage time across multiple recruiting priorities.
• A proven track record of building relationships with passive candidates.
