What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Go-To-Market roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Partner with GTM leadership (CRO, VP Sales, VP Customer Success, VP Marketing) to define requirements and hiring plans.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreach.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through offer and close.
- Use data and insights from ATS (TeamTailor) to monitor pipeline health and improve processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent markets and hiring trends.
Requirements
- Based in London.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven success hiring for GTM, Sales, and customer-facing roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior leaders.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring in multiple regions (e.g., EMEA and North America).
- Background in in-house recruiting at a scaling SaaS company or agency.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and GTM org structures.
