What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Go-To-Market roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Partner with GTM leadership (CRO, VP Sales, VP Customer Success, VP Marketing) to define requirements and hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreach.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through offer and close.
  • Use data and insights from ATS (TeamTailor) to monitor pipeline health and improve processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent markets and hiring trends.

Requirements

  • Based in London.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven success hiring for GTM, Sales, and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior leaders.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in multiple regions (e.g., EMEA and North America).
  • Background in in-house recruiting at a scaling SaaS company or agency.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and GTM org structures.
