• Design creative top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Generate and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and specialized engineering roles.
• Use talent maps, data, and funnel metrics to inform sourcing strategies and identify bottlenecks.
• Effectively pitch passive talent through tailored messaging.
• Prioritize building a diverse team ensuring unbiased candidate consideration.
• Organize recruiting initiatives and build scalable processes for engaging passive talent.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or work remotely within the US
• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing for software engineering roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse.
• Data-oriented with strong attention to detail.
