Requirements

• At least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (managing own taxes & benefits).
• Ability to complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
