What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop IT recruiting strategies.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
• Conduct candidate market research and talent mapping.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies and maintain documentation in ATS.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States
• 2–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for software development, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT procurement roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently.
