What you will do

  • Collaborate with leadership on role definition, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Define candidate profiles and job specifications for business, technical, and creative roles
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process and implement recruitment improvements
  • Source and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple platforms
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate evaluation sessions
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
  • 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment with strategic impact
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and interviewing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS systems; knowledge of Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Degree in relevant field such as Business, HR, Psychology, or related
