What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership on role definition, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Define candidate profiles and job specifications for business, technical, and creative roles
- Manage end-to-end hiring process and implement recruitment improvements
- Source and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate evaluation sessions
- Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
- 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment with strategic impact
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and interviewing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS systems; knowledge of Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Degree in relevant field such as Business, HR, Psychology, or related
