Focus on building full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies, segmenting users, and collaborating cross-functionally to increase placement conversions and user engagement.

Location: Remote within the United States, hybrid if based in San Francisco

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD (varies by state)

hirify.global is a startup creating the first B2B labor marketplace in animal healthcare connecting veterinary professionals with hospitals through innovative technology.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies for full and part-time hiring targeting both hospitals and clinicians.
  • Design and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns including email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Segment users based on behavior and hiring intent to deliver targeted communications.
  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and program uptake.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, sales, and customer teams to align messaging and user touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle strategy, CRM, or engagement marketing in B2B2C or marketplace environments.
  • Experience with lifecycle tools such as Braze and HubSpot and strong data-driven mindset.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced startup or tech environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong empathy for B2B and B2C users and ability to design personalized user journeys.
